Furniture Restoration

For fun, I have restored a few nice pieces.

All of these were "barn finds" by any definition and without exception are quite old.

In a couple of cases, the scroll top armoire and the 2-piece kitchen cabinet (the doors are in storage) - the bottoms were rotted and they both required disassembly and rebuilding.

The small cabinet was painted and also required disassembly before it could be rebuilt. It was manufactured in Chesley Ontario, by Heirloom of Canada. The doors were originally panel doors.

The large armoire was also painted in in tough condition.

Restoration of furniture is very time-consuming. I present these to showcase my abilities only.
